Our proactive home maintenance catches problems while they are still manageable thereby saving you money in the long run.

 Getting service is easy. Simply request a quote about your issue and we will give you an affordable flat rates you can depend on. 

Home checkups twice a year: once you sign up, we will assess your home and you will receive your Home Health Report. You will be able to track the health of your home over time and prioritize repairs as you see fit.

• Life/Safety Hazards Evaluation
• Catalog major systems and appliances

 Routine home maintenance twice a year: your plan includes routine home maintenance recommended for every home done every six months. These items include the following:

• Replace HVAC Filter
• Clean Dryer Vent
• Clean Dishwasher Filter
• Clean Garbage Disposal
• Check Fire Extinguishers
• Lubricate Doors & Windows
• Service Smoke Alarms and CO2 Detectors
• Service Exhaust Fans in Kitchen & Bathrooms
• Clean Drains
• Replace Light Bulbs (as needed)

Only preselected appliances and systems are covered.

Pre-existing issues are not covered

May deny a claim for many reasons, including lack of maintenance, incorrect installation or unauthorized repairs   

The warranty contract has to be read carefully, as it contains the details and extent of your home warranty coverage.   

Their many stipulations may lead to your claim being denied

 If your claim is denied:

• Reread the warranty to find out exactly what is covered and who is offering the warranty. 
• Send Demand Letters.
• Sue in Court.
